There are eight ideas in two file types, not sixteen different designs. Both PNG and PSD artwork measures 1536 × 672 pixels. This is the image size, not a finished measurement that fits every mug.

Birthday mug ideas for kids

The previews feature turquoise backgrounds, pink accents, stars and colorful balloons. Some include a bear, cupcake or ice cream. Others put more attention on a photo and the greeting.

You will see the sample names Treisy and Bastian and ages such as 9 and 10. The artwork lettering is in Spanish. This English article does not translate the text inside the files. Check the chosen PSD before promising a change of name, photo, age or language.

Should I open the PNG or PSD?

Open the PNG to view the artwork as it is. The photo, name and age may already be part of that single image. They do not change automatically when you download it.

Open the PSD in Photoshop to check its layers. Think of them as sheets stacked on top of one another. If a photo or text is on its own sheet, you can work on that part without rebuilding the whole background. Check what the chosen file actually allows and which fonts it needs.

Prepare the mug in five simple steps

Download and extract the RAR. This archive holds the pack’s folders.
Choose a design. Open the PNG or PSD and check the name, age and greeting.
Check the photo. If replacing it, use a clear image you have permission to use.
Measure the printable space. Ask your supplier for the right dimensions for your mug. Check the result before stretching the artwork.
Make one sample. Check the text, colors and distance from the handle before making more.

Confirm that your mug and supplies support the printing process you plan to use. Follow your supplier’s instructions. One heat and time setting will not suit every product.
